Indo-Pakistan has been experienced
four wars in very short period of time after their independent in 1947. Still the people of both countries are worrying
about the fifth war that it might be broken in between. I doubt it a great level. The reason is very
much obvious that both countries are nuclear powers. India is very much clear
that Pakistan will prefer to have an unconventional war as the India is more
powerful in number of weapons and in strength of army if war stated by any
reason. Therefore it would be first choice for Pakistan to use nuclear warheads
against its rival. It has also been reported by wikiLeaks quoting a US ambassador
to India, indicated the same to Washington. 2nd Mr. Modi was
supported by the Indian businessmen for strengthening the business opportunities
to make India more viable and attractive country for world investments. Not for
a war. Hence Mr. Modi has no option but
to rely only on threaten game for the satisfaction of their followers. The basic
issue between them is the Kashmir and both countries and specially the
political leadership couldn’t afford to put themselves into the fire. As both
countries rhetoric politics had confused the issue very much. Kashmir, for Pakistan
is the vein of breathing and for India its unbroken part of India. Consequently
recent announcement of resuming talks between two countries at Islamabad on the
occasion of Heart of Asia meeting is nothing but to continue and proven unnecessary
exercise. And both countries have great experience of it.
