it seems Russia is back in an international
politics which was discontinued with desolation of USSR in 1991. In fact the
USSR desolation had been started with the death of Brezhnev. His successor Andropov made ground for the
Gorbachev. Though Gorbachev was relatively young general Secretary of Politburo
but ultimately his policies become cause of end of a huge word power. Even now he is being considered one of
planner of destruction of the USSR. Vladimir Putin seems was in planning to
come back but he was not in position to strike for decade. However he took firm
stand on the issue of Syria that Assad is the legitimate ruler of the Syria,
so his army. It seems he was in waiting
of suitable to time for come backing in the world scene. Thus he selected the
time of UN General Assembly. He, with all his gestures and actions has given
the massage to the world that creating power vacuum in any country without a
planning and properly homework is equal to providing chances to terrorist to fill
the vacuum. Perhaps on second day of his speech in UNGA Russian fighter plane
has attacked on ISIS. Though no immediate response came from those countries
who are assuming will go against such action and will protest. But it seems
that Putin is ready to show his muscles and this is also one of reason of his
popularity in Russia. Therefore Turkey, UK, Saudi Arabia and powerful single
superpower US have taken weak stand on the big change of Russian policy. On the
third day they issued protesting statement that Russian will and are attack on
the Syrian Rebellions that fighting against Syrian Government. Thus Putin
clearly announced that Assad is legal president of Syria; there is no doubt in
it. Then what has been left behind to raise issue of rebellions? The attack
will be on both group either they are rebellions or ISIS Terrorist. What I have
